There are lots of different choices to choose from. You have industrial studio apartments as well as your traditional one and two bedroom apartments. We did some market research and here is what you can expect to pay if you move into Metro Raleigh.

Average Rent by Raleigh Neighborhood

Within the City of Raleigh, NC you can expect to pay on the average $1,143 and it jumps to $1,399 downtown. A one bedroom apartment in downtown Raleigh goes for $1,080 a month, a two bedroom rents out for $1,231 and a three bedroom apartment in the city center will set you back $1,894 each month. These are the averages. A one bedroom/studio will range between $852 and $1,500 whereas a three bedroom will range between $1,380 and $2,880.

There is a high demand for Raleigh downtown rentals. This demand is pushing up rents. We saw a 6% increase in rental rates over last year. According to Rent Café, downtown rentals are broken down as show here:

This high demand has spurred a flurry of new construction. According to the Downtown Raleigh Report, there are presently 2,458 residential units either under construction or so to be available for rent in the near future
