That’s what placement is for with our company, and we can even help you setup software to help with rent collection and maintenance reporting. We do not have an offering where our staff is directed on average daily decisions, and you can read about our strong management philosophy here. Instead, we try to shield you from as much of the hassle of being a rental investor as we possibly can while delivering excellent bottom-line results.
